Every system is uniquely designed to achieve the results that it does. So, when we want to find ways to improve, we need to first understand what is really happening and create space for innovative ways of working; leading to advancements for both families and the providers that serve them.

Through this project we are working to really examine the current system of care for within our community. What works well in our community? What have been key challenges for our community? What are areas of innovation? We want to hear what you think!
