In the Family Connects model, a core component of success is creating a shared sense of wonder … we wonder at what rate families are experiencing food insecurity? … we wonder at what rate families are insured? … we wonder how/if families are choosing quality child care when returning to work? … we wonder if the services we are providing are actually meeting the needs of our families? … we wonder if our service providers feel a sense of support from each other?

Creating a shared learning agenda is a core component of the planning process in our community. In order to start this process we have assembled several key pieces of information as well as a brief survey for your input.
