Short bio

Dmitry Petrov is an Assistant Professor of Economics in the Department of Economics at the Universidad de Alcalá and a member of the EQUALITAS research group on inequality and poverty. His main research area is Household Finance, with a particular focus on the measurement of household income and wealth, as well as how households respond to economic shocks. He is also interested in inequality, economic insecurity, and the role of public policies in shaping household well-being.
