Relevant information

Selected participants are required to submit a draft paper by the 29 of June to weipo@uah.es. Expert discussants will carefully review each work to provide meaningful feedback after the presentation.

The preliminary program is expected be released by mid-May and the final program by mid-July. Stay tuned!

Although travel and accommodation expenses are not covered—coffee and lunch will be provided—you can find bellow a set of options with their prices and walking distances to our faculty:

• Residencia San Ildefonso: 35€/night for an individual room, 45€/night (per person) for a double room. Breakfast included. Location - 12 min.

• Residencia Lope de Vega: 60€/night (per person) for a double room, 70€/night for an individual room, full board price. Location - 13 min.

• Hostel Don Juan I: Hostel option - 60€/night for an individual room, 70€/night (per person) for a double room | Hotel option - 80€/night (only doble rooms available, could be booked for one person if desired). Location - 12 min.

• Hostel Complvtvm: 69€/night (per person). Location - 12 min.

• Hotel Ciudad de Alcalá: 91€/night (per person). Location - 17 min.

• Hotel El Bedel: 103€/night or 126,35 €/night (both prices per person) with breakfast included. Location - 12 min.

• Hotel PCM Forum: 112 €/night or 135€/night (both prices per person) with breakfast included. Location - 8 min.

• Hotel Evenia Alcalá Boutique: 148 €/night or 164 €/night (both prices per person) with breakfast included. Location - 2 min.

• Take bus 223 from Avenida de América (40 mins)

• Take train lines C2 or C7 from Estación Puerta de Atocha (40 mins)

• Take bus 823 from Barajas Airport Terminal 1/2/3 (50 mins)

• By car: Take highway A-2 and enter Alcalá in exit 23 or 25 (20 mins from Av. America) - Beware of peak hours of traffic (7:30 - 9:30 and 18:00 - 20:00).
