R packages

R is a programming language and software environment for statistical computing and graphics.  I am the author of two R packages, netSEM and ddiv, which are freely available and easily downloadable from the Comprehensive R Archive Network (CRAN) directly through R. 

netSEM: Network Structural Equation Modeling

• Conduct a network statistical analysis on a data frame of coincident observations of multiple continuous variables

• It builds a pathway model by exploring a pool of domain knowledge guided candidate statistical relationships between each of the variable pairs  

ddiv: Data Driven I-V feature Extraction

• I-V curves indicate the relationship between current and voltage for a solar cell or Photovoltaic (PV) modules. 

• The method is used to extract Current-Voltage (I-V) features from I-V curves.
