These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of WeightTrend (“the App”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
WeightTrend is a personal weight tracking application that allows users to manually record weight entries, view charts, monitor progress over time and access weight-related statistics.
The App is intended for personal informational and tracking purposes only.
WeightTrend does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or professional health recommendations.
Any statistics, charts, BMI calculations, trends, projections or insights shown in the App are estimates based on the information you enter. They are provided for general informational purposes only.
You should not rely on the App as a substitute for advice from a doctor, dietitian, nutritionist, personal trainer or other qualified healthcare professional.
If you have a medical condition, are undergoing treatment, are pregnant, have a history of eating disorders, or have concerns about your weight, diet, exercise routine or general health, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions based on information shown in the App.
WeightTrend is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent or monitor any disease, medical condition or health disorder.
The App does not provide medical, nutritional, psychological or fitness advice. Any weight trends, BMI values, projections, statistics or insights displayed in the App are generated from user-entered data and may not reflect your actual health status.
You should not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information shown in the App.
You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use the information displayed in the App.
You are responsible for:
Entering accurate and up-to-date information;
Reviewing the information displayed by the App carefully;
Interpreting the App’s data appropriately;
Deciding how to use the information shown in the App;
Keeping your device, Apple ID and iCloud account secure;
Managing your subscription through your Apple account.
You acknowledge that incorrect, incomplete or inconsistent data entered into the App may result in inaccurate statistics, charts, trends or projections.
We are not responsible for decisions you make based on information, statistics, trends, BMI values or projections shown in the App.
You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes.
You must not:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease or sublicense the App;
Attempt to extract, access or reverse engineer the source code of the App;
Create derivative works based on the App;
Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair its functionality;
Attempt to interfere with the App’s security, subscription system or purchase validation;
Misuse the App, its data, its premium features or its restore purchases functionality;
Use the App for unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purposes.
The App, including its design, interface, graphics, text, features, software, branding, name, icons and related content, is owned by the developer or licensed to the developer.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App on your Apple devices in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the Apple App Store.
You do not acquire ownership of the App or any intellectual property rights related to it.
WeightTrend may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions or in-app purchases.
Premium features may include, but are not limited to, advanced statistics, global progress insights, trend projections, reminders, additional charts or other paid functionality displayed inside the App.
Available subscription plans, prices, durations, trial periods and included features are shown inside the App before purchase.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
If a free trial is offered, the terms of the trial will be displayed before purchase. If you do not wish to continue with a paid subscription after a free trial, you must cancel it before the trial ends.
We may modify, add or remove features of the App, including Premium features, from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that any changes do not materially reduce the core value of an active paid subscription during its current billing period, except where changes are necessary for legal, technical, security, App Store compliance or operational reasons.
If you reinstall the App, change device or your premium access is not detected correctly, you can use the “Restore Purchases” option inside the App.
Restoring purchases checks your App Store purchase status and attempts to unlock any active subscription or purchase associated with your Apple ID.
We cannot guarantee that premium access will be restored if the purchase is not associated with the Apple ID currently used on your device or if Apple’s purchase validation systems are unavailable.
All payments, billing, subscription renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store.
We do not directly process payments and we do not have access to your full payment card details.
We do not directly issue refunds. To request a refund, you must follow Apple’s refund process through your Apple account or Apple Support.
Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not necessarily result in a refund for the current billing period, unless Apple determines otherwise.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, stored and shared.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
The App may store data locally on your device.
If iCloud sync is enabled or available, some App data may be synced using Apple’s iCloud or CloudKit infrastructure so that your information can be available across devices linked to the same Apple ID.
The App may also use third-party services, such as RevenueCat, to manage subscriptions, validate purchases, restore purchases and determine premium access.
We are not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, syncing issues, delays, outages or technical failures caused by Apple, iCloud, RevenueCat, your device, your network connection or other third-party services.
Certain features of the App may require an active internet connection, including subscription validation, purchase restoration, iCloud sync or other online functionality.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device has an active internet connection when required.
We are not responsible if the App does not function properly because your device has no internet connection, poor connectivity, insufficient battery, insufficient storage, outdated software or unsupported system settings.
If you use mobile data, roaming or other paid network services, you are responsible for any charges that may apply from your mobile provider.
We may update, modify, improve, suspend or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time.
The App is currently designed for iOS. Operating system requirements may change over time, and you may need to download updates to continue using the App properly.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be compatible with every device, operating system version or configuration.
We may stop providing the App or certain features at any time, where necessary for legal, technical, security, operational or business reasons.
We aim to make the App useful, reliable and accurate. However, we do not guarantee that the App’s calculations, statistics, charts, trends, projections, BMI values or other outputs will always be complete, accurate, current or error-free.
The App’s outputs depend on the information entered by the user and may be affected by user input errors, missing data, inconsistent records, technical issues, software bugs or limitations in the App’s calculation methods.
You should independently verify any information before relying on it for important health, fitness, nutritional or personal decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeightTrend and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, personal decisions, health-related decisions or any other damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.
The App provides weight tracking, statistics, charts, BMI calculations, trends and projections for informational purposes only. These outputs are based on the data entered by the user and may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed or affected by technical issues, user input errors or software bugs.
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for how you interpret and use the information shown in the App. WeightTrend does not make decisions on your behalf and does not replace professional medical, nutritional, fitness or health advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that:
the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free;
the App’s calculations, statistics, trends or projections will always be accurate;
the App will meet your specific health, fitness, weight management or personal goals;
data stored locally, through iCloud or through any third-party service will never be lost, corrupted or unavailable;
premium features will always be available in the exact same form.
In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not fully permitted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including any rights you may have as a consumer.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, availability, accuracy and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, free from viruses or harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or certain features if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, interfere with its operation or use it in an unlawful or harmful way.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
If your use of the App is terminated, the rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will end, and you must stop using the App.
Termination does not automatically cancel any active App Store subscription. You must cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store.
Your use of the App must comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and any applicable App Store rules.
Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the App.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you where applicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. We may also notify users of significant changes through the App or other appropriate means.
Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the App and, if applicable, cancel any active subscription through your Apple account settings.
