This Privacy Policy explains how WeightTrend (“the App”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles information when you use the App.
WeightTrend is a weight tracking application designed to help users manually record their weight, view progress over time and access statistics related to their weight evolution.
WeightTrend may allow you to enter and store information such as:
Weight records
Dates associated with weight records
Height, if used to calculate BMI
Body mass index (BMI) and related statistics
App preferences and settings
Subscription or purchase status
We do not ask you to create an account inside the App.
The information you enter in WeightTrend may be considered health or fitness-related information because it relates to your weight and body metrics.
This information is used only to provide the App’s core functionality, such as showing your weight history, trends, statistics and progress insights.
WeightTrend does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Any information shown in the App is for personal tracking and informational purposes only.
Your weight records and app data may be stored locally on your device.
If iCloud sync is enabled or available, your data may also be synced using Apple’s iCloud/CloudKit infrastructure so that your information can be available across your Apple devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
The App is designed so that your weight tracking data remains under your control through your device and Apple account.
WeightTrend may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions or in-app purchases processed by Apple via the App Store.
We may use RevenueCat to manage subscription status, validate purchases, restore purchases and determine whether premium features should be unlocked.
RevenueCat may process purchase-related information, such as subscription status, purchase history, product identifiers, transaction information and an anonymous app user identifier. This information is used to operate subscriptions and premium access.
We do not receive or store your Apple ID password or full payment card details. Payments are processed by Apple.
At the moment, WeightTrend does not use advertising tracking.
If analytics tools are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain what data is collected, why it is collected and whether it is linked to you.
We use information to:
Provide weight tracking functionality
Display charts, statistics and trends
Calculate BMI and other progress indicators
Enable premium features
Restore purchases
Improve the stability and functionality of the App
Comply with App Store and legal requirements
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
Some limited information may be processed by third-party service providers necessary to operate the App, such as:
Apple, for App Store purchases, iCloud and device-level services
RevenueCat, for subscription and purchase management
These providers process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable laws.
Data stored locally on your device remains there unless you delete it, uninstall the App or delete the records inside the App.
Data synced through iCloud may remain associated with your Apple ID according to Apple’s iCloud settings and retention practices.
Purchase and subscription information may be retained by Apple and RevenueCat as necessary to provide subscription management, restore purchases, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct or delete certain information.
You can delete weight records inside the App where the App provides this functionality. You may also manage iCloud data through your Apple device and iCloud settings.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings in the App Store.

10. Children’s Privacy
WeightTrend is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use digital services without parental consent.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We take reasonable steps to protect information handled by the App. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting access to your device, Apple ID and iCloud account.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
