CHARMAINE: .... with support and advice I lost weight. Each week I grew in confidence, each week I looked forward to what I had achieved. Wishing to lose 12kg in 12 weeks was a big ask, but in week 6 I was rewarded by having lost 22cm. Wow what a confidence boost! I was starting to notice the difference, more importantly my husband noticed the difference! With this I was determined to complete the course. What assisted and encouraged me was the weekly information we received on how to eat healthy and drink enough water to assist our bodies to be healthy. The coaches were friendly and very helpful and nothing was too much effort at all. Lovely atmosphere and easy to fit into the group. Nice tea was served. Crowns were worn!!

Doreen - I started with the weight loss challenge 3 months ago.

I lost 9.1 kg, 4.3% body fat and 40.5cm.

I feel so good, look good and don't get anymore heartburn and sore feet.

I can definitely recommend this weight loss challenge.

We had a such a good time, met new people, had wonderful support all the way.
