By downloading, installing, or using WeightCam ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

WeightCam is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence, powered by third-party infrastructure, to estimate the weight of objects shown in user-uploaded photos. The App provides AI-generated weight estimates for informational purposes only.

3. User Rights and Restrictions

You may:

• Use the App for personal use to receive AI-generated weight estimations.

• Share your results with others if you choose.

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App.

• Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.

• Upload photos that violate any laws, infringe on the rights of others, or depict illegal or inappropriate content (e.g., explicit material, harassment, hate speech).

• Attempt to interfere with, exploit, or disrupt the operation or security of the App.

• Use the App for commercial purposes without our prior written consent

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, design, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Generated Content

• The weight estimations generated by the App are produced through automated processing using third-party AI services and are intended for general informational purposes only.

• We do not claim ownership of the photos you upload, and we do not store them after processing.

• You are solely responsible for the images you upload and any consequences of sharing or using the generated estimates.

• The App is not intended for use in critical or safety-sensitive scenarios and should not replace professional assessments.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

• WeightCam is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the precision, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated weight estimates.

• The results are approximations based on AI interpretation and may not reflect real-world measurements.

7. Limitation of Liability & No Responsibility for User Actions

• We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from reliance on the weight estimates generated by the App.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising out of your use or misuse of the App or its output.

• Users should exercise discretion and avoid using the App for decisions that require exact weight calculations.

8. Privacy and Data Usage

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use data.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected in the effective date, and continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of any revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to WeightCam immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Use.
