Do I need a subscription to use the app?

WeightCam offers limited access without a subscription. You can use the core features of the app for free. A subscription is only required to unlock unlimited access and remove any usage restrictions.

What if the app isn’t working?

• If WeightCam is not working properly, try the following:

• Make sure you’re connected to the internet.

• Use a clear, well-lit photo where the object is fully visible and in focus.

• Restart the app or reinstall it if needed.

• If issues persist, feel free to reach out to our support team for assistance.

Who shouldn’t use WeightCam?

• Children under 13 (the app isn't designed for them).

• Anyone needing precise or official weight measurements for legal, commercial, or safety-critical uses.

• Anyone uploading inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content (this may result in access being revoked).
