How to Delete Your WeGo Account

You can delete your WeGo account directly from the app at any time.

Steps to delete your account:

1. Open the WeGo app

2. Go to the Profile tab

3. Tap Settings

4. Tap Delete Account

5. Enter the OTP sent to your registered email to confirm

What gets deleted:

- Your name, email, profile photo, and personal details

- Your uploaded documents (Aadhaar, RC, Driving Licence)

- Your ride history and bookings

- Your chat messages

Data retention:

- Your email address is held for 30 days to prevent misuse, then permanently deleted
