Bully Anomaly 021, or more commonly known as, the Jock Twins, are a pair of masculine presenting mannequins on poles that wear blue and dark gray varsity jackets with an unknown yellow insignia on the left breast of the jackets. BA-021 need to be constantly looked at with unbroken visuals or else they will move with terrifying speed to wedgie the closest people before moving onto their next victims, repeating until someone is quick enough to look at them, freezing them, allowing them to be recaptured easily.
They usually stick to wedgies, but are known to sometimes use other bullying techniques, like giving double wet willies using the victim's own spit, on account of them lacking their own mouths and spit, titty twisters, and swirlies.
It is currently unknown as to what level of sentience the twins have, as they're either unable or unwilling to communicate with researchers, but they have displayed different personalities whenever they bully someone. In all of their many containment breaches, victims have described one twin (henceforth being referred to as BA-021-1) as being more aggressive and mean with their bullying and especially their wedgies, with the other (now referred to as BA-021-2) as being more timid, pulling less aggressively and weaker, only ramping up it's own wedgie giving after several more aggressive yanks from BA-021-1, possibly signaling to BA-021-2 to pull harder. But since they're identical, and cannot/will not communicate with WEDGIEE personnel, we are currently unable to determine which one is which, and if they keep the same personality in between attempted containment breaches, or if they switch between the two whenever they attempt to breach containment.
BA-021 are known to usually attack individuals together, usually delivering wedgies that two people can give at once, but they will occasionally attack two people at once, with each twin taking one person, but only if both people are beside each equally the closest people near them. On rarer occasions, they will take turns bullying one person until they're satisfied. On even rarer occasions, they will sometimes split up entirely to be in two places at once so they can bully more people. During these rare instances, BA-021-2 will tend to target larger bottomed individuals, while BA-021-1 will usually target the top rank agents of the organization who are in the building at the time. How he knows who's who, we do not know.
BA-021 are to be housed in a large room with thick walls, with an adjacent room , separated by a thick sheet on bullet proof glass and a large door that can only be opened from the outside for access to the anomalies for testing purposes. In the smaller, adjacent room stand two individuals. One D-Class personnel to stare at the anomalies while blinking as little as possible, and one agent who is tasked with also staring at the anomalies, allowing the D-Class to blink occasionally. The agent is stationed just a few feet behind the D-Class. Far enough away where if they both blinked at the same time, the anomalies would be forced to only target the D-Class first, giving the agent enough room and time to look at the anomalies, freezing them in place mid bully, and to hit the alarm button, alerting nearby agents on the imminent containment breach, allowing anyone nearby to come to the rescue in the hopes they make it there before the agent has to blink again. Instances of this happening are rare, but they do happen, which is why BA-021 have the second highest record of attempted escapes, right behind BA-12.
BA-021 were captured by Agent Shane, who spent the better part of a day, allowing them to bully her for a few minutes before they ran off, afterwards, she's find them again, before allowing them to bully her some more. Eventually she got her fill and promptly captured both anomalies relatively easily.
