Bully Anomaly 016 - The Underwear Tree

Bully anomaly 016, also known as "The Underwear Tree", is a normal looking tree with pale green leaves that vaguely looks like a hand from no matter what angle you look at it from. And instead of fruits, BA 016 will grow pairs of underwear.

At first glance, this tree, while weird enough alone to be considered an anomaly for the fact it grows underwear, would seem like a cheap and easy way to gain new underwear without having to buy them, but these underwear should not be worn as they have the property to give the wearer a wedgie every hour until they are taken off.

BA 016-1, the underwear grown from the tree, are able to give the wearer a wedgie every hour via 2 different methods. First, they will suddenly and unexplainably, as if by magic, will hitch themselves up or latch onto any sturdy surface, causing sudden wedgies. The other method is that they release a type of pheromone that causes anyone and everyone around them to want to give them a wedgie. Extensive tests have been done to see if BA 016-1 are sentient and if anything can be done to prevent the wedgies. The answer to both questions have been an astounding no, but we're not giving up on the second question yet.

BA 016 is to be kept in a secure room that needs 2 access cards to enter. The room is equipped with plenty of sun lamps and a sprinkler system to act as an artificial rain to water BA 016 every 5 days.

Addendum:

BA 016 was originally found outside BA 017 in northern Georgia, United States. Originally thought to be a one of a kind tree, it has been uprooted and taken to a secure WEDGIEE facility in [Redacted]. More and more of BA 016 have been popping up around the world as of late, most likely the work of [Redacted]. After following testing, it has been revealed that if a pair of BA 016-1 is planted in the ground, a new version of BA 016 will grow in its place after 5 days. WEDGIEE agents are currently attempting to collect every "underwear tree" before the public takes notice.
