2 bathrooms, across street from grocery store, many restaurants nearby

Fees to use the space vary by day, number of people, type of use, etc. We operate on a "equity balancing" structure to help build sustainable access. 

We also operate on a barter system, reciprocity and gift economy.  The space has been setup at essentially $0 with donated items and furniture and volunteer power.  Fees for use go towards maintenance, utilities, staffing, etc.  Nonprofit, 501c3. 

Due to potential impending doom (ie. demolishment for construction), we book about 6 weeks out at most on the calendar to confirm an event. We hope to be here at this location until May 2026 and then migrate down the hill to another space.  

We can also move your event to 3 other venues in the network
- Fremont, Ballard, Green Lake or possibly South Park.
