Two days have passed since the CanSat competition. Unfortunately, we did not get a chance to participate in the European competition this summer, but we did get two awards, one for outstanding science mission and a second one (the rocket we sent up our CanSat with) for the most ambitious electronics @suomen_avaruustutkimusseura has ever sent up!

After a night of between zero and five hours of sleep for our team members, our CanSat seemed to work perfectly well. But since six o'clock we've had to change our Arduino UNO around four times, because of various reasons, the last one probably being caused by a short circuit.
After three years of preparations, we're finally heading for the Nordic CanSat competition! We're all very excited and hope that all our electronics and recovery system will work properly. The last few days have been full of work.
There is a lot of preparation going on right now. We're writing our prelaunch report, sewing parachutes, 3D-printing, programming, testing, updating...
Due to a cruise for the last year students during the competition in Vaasa we had to recruite some new members.
I thought to give you just a quick update about how it's going with our team and the CanSat project.
Unfortunate news arrived today in the morning.
Finally we are heading to Norway! We got a confirmation mail from Norway that we are accepted to the Nordic CanSat Competiton 2020 in Andøya, Norway!
It's the beginning of November and out time to start planning CanSat. We are excited and eager to start. First in line would be to figure out a secondary mission to our CanSat and name to our team.
