Welcome Webster and Sierra View Families!
I’m Mrs. Manhire, your school counselor, and I’m so excited to support your child this year! I proudly serve both Webster and Sierra View Elementary, helping students grow in three key areas:
Academics
Social-Emotional Learning (SEL)
Positive Behavior
Through classroom lessons, check-ins, circles, and close collaboration with staff and families, I help students learn to manage emotions, build friendships, and grow the confidence they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.
Counseling Goal
To make PurposFull SEL a part of our daily school routines and reinforce character traits, helping students grow both at school and at home.
I’m here to support your child’s journey every step of the way. Please take a moment to explore this website it will be updated often, and don’t hesitate to reach out I’m just a call or email away.

School Counselor – Webster & Sierra View Elementary
Hi! I’m Mrs. Manhire (Katie), and I’m so grateful to serve as your school counselor! I believe that connection comes before content... students learn and grow best when they feel safe and understood. My goal is to build strong, trusting relationships with students and families, so every child feels encouraged to do their best both in school and in life.
I earned my master’s degree in School Counseling and my PPS credential from Fresno Pacific University. Over the past four years, I’ve worked in schools throughout Madera County. These experiences deepened my passion for supporting students in close-knit communities, where family, teamwork, and heart matter most.
My counseling approach is practical and strength-based. I focus on helping students build confidence, bounce back from challenges, and make good choices.
Fun Facts:
My family and I live here in the Ranchos, and we love being part of this community. Outside of school, I enjoy long walks, board games with my family, and stopping by food trucks and farmers markets in the area.
I’m excited to work together with families and staff and help every student feel cared for, connected, and capable.
