Parent/Caregiver Checklist

 ☐ 1. Have you bought your student's ticket on GoFan? 

☐  2. Have you completed the required Permission form for your student to attend? Failure to complete this form will delay your student's entry in to the party while one of our parent volunteers calls home.

☐ 3. Parents/Caregivers: Have you signed up to Volunteer and/or to donate Prizes/Food? 

☐ 4. Have you sent pictures for the “Huskie Hallway?” The Huskie Hallway displays MANY photos of NNHS Seniors from the Class of 2026. These pictures are from school sponsored activities during their senior year of 2025-2026. These photos will not be returned.  See Home page of this Website for details.

☐ 5. We need your pictures! Have you sent pictures for the “Memory Hallway”? 

We need 3 pictures of each Senior: one as a baby, one young child/elementary school, and one recent photo.  This will be used to make a Keepsake Poster for each student and will be sent home at the end of the party. 

We also need group pictures of the kids from preschool through 8th grade. These photos will not be returned.
