Coordinate facility and technology needs between area Chairs and school personnel before and at the event
Slideshow:
Collect pictures/videos from Photography Chair throughout the event; Coordinate finale slideshow in iMovie (or comparable) onsite during event

Decorate area; organize bags for prizes & belongings; fanny packs; volunteers
Food: Sandy Navarro
Solicit food/beverage/dessert donations from local restaurants, in charge of food distributed at the event (along with volunteers)
Medical: Melissa and Dan Lund
Nurse or doctor preferred; help with any medical issues that arise at the event
Photography: Dawn Swiderski
Work with slideshow chair; coordinate volunteer photographers and photos taken throughout the night
Prizes: Sherilyn Hebel, Sue Ferritto
Solicit & document prize donations from parents/local vendors; responsible for planning/decorating prize area; responsible for running the raffles at the event/announcing the winners; get prizes to finale area and to the winners’ bags before they leave

Body Shop:
Plan and decorate area; Coordinate the temporary tattoos, husky paw print area
Caricatures:
Plan and decorate area; Secure caricature artists (4-5 artists)
Laser Tag:
Coordinate contract for laser tag; plan and decorate area as needed
Map Your Future:
Plan and decorate area with post-high school theme; coordinate name tags for student to fill out
Parking:
Plan and decorate parking area (minimal decoration); manage parking and traffic flow at the beginning and end of the event
Restrooms:
Plan and decorate 2 female and 2 male bathrooms in theme; responsible for keeping clean throughout the night
Trivia:
Plan and decorate area; create trivia game

Plan and decorate area for bingo; coordinate supplies for game; order boxers for prizes
Chaperones / Security: Jeannette Arellano
Supervise safety crew and chaperones; needs to be set up at doors so that no one leaves until the event is over
Coffee Bar: Justine Weksel
Located in the Learning Commons. Plan and decorate the area.
Futures: Noel Mullen
Plan and decorate area; include fun fortune teller/tarot card reader; run the "Most likely to.." area and give results to Slideshow Chair
Game Room: Rachel Weidman
Games: poker, foosball, pop-a-shot, ping pong, air hockey, prizes, etc (incorporate Sr. Win it in a Minute game)
Huskie Hallway: Carrie Schrock
Photo posters of NNHS activities/events. Request photos from parents, who will drop off at school, labeled accordingly (photos will not be returned); plan and decorate hallway with pictures
Ice Cream Parlor: Dana Loughlin & Leslie Fuss
Plan and decorate the area; work with the Food Chair to get ice cream; work with the Volunteer Chair to get other necessary food donations for ice cream, floats, etc.
Inflatables: Susan Czochara & Chastity Martel
Coordinate contract for inflatables (7), set up volleyball & basketball games
Karaoke: Mary Corbett
Plan and decorate area; work with Chairs to secure karaoke machine and stage
Memory Hallway: Angie Gardner & Missy Fee
Plan and decorate area; collect pictures from parents to use on individual posters created by the Chair and volunteers; parents drop pictures at school
Mini Golf: Todd & Tracy Ciganek, Sara Haumesser
Set-up Mini Golf from storage unit; make sure all supplies are at event; run games
Parents' Place: Kristyn Benedyk
Rest area for volunteers (Teachers Lounge); plan and decorate (minimal decorations)
Supper Club: Lauren Ferguson
Best described as a restaurant. Plan and decorate the area, help keep clean throughout the evening, help as needed with Food Chairs at the event. Secure a DJ for the event
Zen Room: JoEllen Wade and Allison Schuett
Relaxing room for those who want a break from the excitement of the evening for a bit; plan and decorate; generally include therapy dogs
