In our CBI, we produced a film about bullying, where the main character initially keeps her struggles to herself, not telling her father about the bullying she’s experiencing. This suggests feelings of isolation, fear of not being understood, or even shame, which are common emotional responses linked to bullying. This situation reflects the psychological and emotional impact bullying can have on an individual, especially in terms of how it can lead to feelings of alienation and a lack of support.
The moment when her father confronts her about her behavior is a turning point. His awareness and concern prompt her to open up, showing that, while she may have hesitated to speak out on her own, his caring approach helped her feel safe enough to share the truth. This aligns with the importance of emotional support and communication.
