Terms and Conditions

Everyone here has become a member of this organization voluntarily and in their interest, so all the rules and regulations here must be respected.

Every member here is equal to each other, there is no title among them, and they are all like family.

Every member of the RASA must be punctual.

Everyone must carry an ID card for offline activities.

Always attend the weekly or monthly meetings of the RASA. No lame excuses are acceptable in this regard.

Here, one who shows any kind of nepotism or enmity with another because of the relationship of his friend or relative shall be dismissed temporarily or permanently after presenting suitable arguments and evidence before everyone.

If any member of RASA is involved in any personal, family, or social wrongdoing, then he will be permanently dismissed with proof.

If a member of RASA is involved in political activities at any time, he/she will be suspended temporarily or permanently by presenting suitable arguments and evidence.

RASA alone has the right to prosecute any misdeeds that occur within the RASA, if anyone seeks prosecution from outsiders or the administration, both the complainant and the accused will be permanently dismissed.  And RASA will never interfere in this matter.  However, if necessary, the RASA can seek the help of the administration.

If any member of RASA is admitted to administrative complicity for any reason, and if he is guilty then he will be suspended permanently.  In this case, his guilt and innocence will be strictly considered and he will remain on part-time suspension during the consideration period.

If any member indulges in any misbehavior or sexually harasses the opposite sex, he will be permanently dismissed with proof.

RASA authorities may make necessary rules and regulations.

At RASA we all are like a family, so everyone should be addressed as you(Apni) with respect, be it senior or junior in terms of age or class.

If anyone in this family tries to create any kind of disturbance due to age or class seniority, he will be suspended for 2 months.

If a member of the RASA misbehaves with his/her parents or an outsider (if he/she goes outside for any work of the RASA), he or she will be suspended with proof.

If any student of RASA is inattentive to his studies, he will be suspended for 2 months.

If the contact is stopped for more than 2 weeks without any notice or application, he will be suspended without any notice.  Later, if he wants to become a member again, he will have to pay a fine of 200 taka or pass the recruitment test again.

Please don't make lame excuses after providing any tasks. Excuses are not acceptable. (RASA reserves the right to make reasonable judgments in this regard.)

As a student, you could not complete your task on time. Now your progress has slowed down and your life level is low, but you want to increase it. Then you can increase your progress or life level for a few bucks if you want. (Though that's not a great deal.) If your life level is zero, you will be kicked out of RASA

The day-to-day activities of the RASA shall not be interrupted without any reasonable cause. (RASA reserves the right to make reasonable judgments in this regard.)

RASA's internal affairs cannot be disclosed. If any word gets out, the accused will be dismissed permanently with proper reasoning and evidence.

If someone wants to file a complaint against someone, he has to file a complaint with appropriate arguments and evidence, and if necessary, both of them have to sit and talk face to face. Or complaints will not be entertained.

To become a member of the RASA, parents' permission must be obtained and no work or project of the RASA can be hidden from parents.

Only the founder, co-founder, and director (if any director appointed by the founder) of the RASA has the power to issue restraining orders or can issue restraining orders.

RASA, if there is any doubt or difference of opinion on any matter, it should be presented before all members of RASA, and if all members or majority of members say so.  If you agree with it, then it will be looked into in detail, otherwise, it will not be acceptable

Any student having an illegal relationship without his parent's permission will be permanently expelled with proof.

No one can do any kind of business with any subject or any product of RASA. In this case, the RASA will consider it.

Do not argue or debate about any game-related matter.  Ex: Brazil and Argentina.
