Procedures for Borrowing Equipment 

1. In order to borrow equipment, you need to be a member of good standing for at least three months.

2. We are no longer charging monthly fees for borrowing equipment. We now will require a deposit only. Checks should be made out to           the ”Weavers’ Guild of Buffalo”, or cash submitted to the equipment manager:

The check or cash will be held by the equipment manager until the piece of equipment is returned.

3. Borrowed equipment is for a 3 month term. If there are no new requests for the piece, then you are welcome to continue to use the piece for an additional 3 months.

4. Looms will be reserved for use for April and May workshops, as well as for MAFA and EGLFC conferences and demonstrations during the year. 

5. Deposit amounts for borrowing equipment are listed below and will also be provided in the equipment book in the library.
