Mandy is a Central High School senior (283) and violinist, as well as a PMAY Artist, Philadelphia Orchestra All-City Fellow, P440 Doing Good two-time graduate and the P440 Youth Advocacy Council (YAC) Youth Representative to the Board. She also enjoys playing tango chamber music and listening to indie songs.
Mandy created WAM! with the hope of sharing the joy of music with the youth regardless of their musical preferences or career aspirations. She believes that music is a beneficial tool in everyone's lives, regardless of their mastery. Above all else, she wants WAM's community to be full of open-minded and loving people who enjoy each other's differences.
Mandy will be attending Syracuse University this fall on the Setnor Music Award and double majoring in music and education.
Tayla is a Philadelphia High School for Girls student, a harpist, and aspiring musician.
She is a Primavera Artist, a Lyra student, and a 440 Youth Advocacy Council member.
Tayla took on the role of Communication Director for WAM! due to her love for socializing and friendly demeanor. She had joined the WAM! fam for a multitude of reasons, but the backbone of her passion was the hope to allow kids to find healthy relationships & expression through different outlets. Tayla hopes that the mental health and the emotional wellbeing of our youth will be a priority.
Tayla is honored to be apart of such a program that is making music knowledge more accessible. It gives a way to connect music, aspirations and healthy mindsets.
Tayla will be attending Temple University.

Mia is currently attending Philadelphia High School for Girls (268) as a Senior. She's a part of her school's drumline and is passionate about Musical Theatre, and, is a part of her school Orchestra and is currently Principal Percussion. As of early February of 2023 plans to attend Eastern Univery for their Fall semester onward.
She is also a graduate of the 2021 and 2023 Doing Good Classes along with the 2022 and 2023 Instruments for Success Classes.
Mia took the mantle of Graphic Designer because of her love for finding different templates and funky ideas for projects, along with color coordination.
Mia will be attending Eastman University majoring in forensic science.
Yin Moore-Scott is a senior at the Philadelphia High School for Girls. She's a graduate of the 2023 Project 440 program and the lead Violist in the Girls High Orchestra.
Yin loves music as it plays a very important role in her daily life. She's been singing and playing various instruments such as the piano, clarinet, bass guitar, and viola throughout her life.
Yin took on the role of "Social Media Manager" because of her love for creativity.
She joined WAM! because of her passion for working with youth and being the one to give them a safe and loving environment where they can be themselves and grow to reach their full potential. Mental health is a very important subject for Yin and she believes that everyone deserves a chance to find a positive way of self- expression that works for them.
Yin hopes that WAM! will grow to be something big and something very impactful on the world one day!

Rasmey currently attends the Philadelphia High School for Girls (268). She dances occasionally to Classical Khmer Robam and Nepali traditional dances. She loves to play guitar and piano and has been involved with the All-City Choir for 3 years. Rasmey is also a proud graduate of Project 440’s Doing Good 2023. Fun fact, she is also a level two kayak instructor, certified by Discovery Pathways!
She wanted to be a part of WAM! because she have a huge passion for music. She strongly believes that music connects people together.
