Celebrate Dia de Los Muertos (Day of the Dead) at this special PTA fundraising event and beloved Disney Elementary tradition. Bring the whole family!

The Walt Disney PTA is in need of food & drink donations for our Dia de los Muertos Fundraiser! We've broken down our donation requests by grade and are accepting donations between October 18 - October 21st. Drop-off donation in the designated bins at school, but if you need special arrangements, just let us know via email! disneypta@waltdisneypta.org.
Kindergarten - Drinks: Water, Soda, Juice, etc & ice (day of)
1st Grade - Healthy/Low Sugar Snacks: Crunchy fruit snacks, NutriGrain bars, KIND bars, Cuties, Bananas, etc.
2nd Grade - Candy: Twizzlers/Red Vines, Rock Candy, Starbursts, Gummy Bears, Sour Patch Kids, M&Ms/Candy Bars, etc
3rd Grade - Snack Chips: Potato Chips, Doritos, Pretzels, Takis, Pop Chips, etc
4th Grade - Dia de Los Muertos snack items: Calavera Skull cookies, pan de muerto, marzipan, etc.
5th Grade - Baked Goods (pre-packaged): Cookies, rice crispy treats, brownies, etc

We currently have spaces for ofrendas to be displayed at our Dia de Los Muertos fundraiser on Saturday, October 22nd. Be part of our community celebration and let’s honor our ancestors together.

Actualmente tenemos espacios para exhibir ofrendas en nuestra recaudación de fondos del Día de los Muertos el sábado 22 de octubre. Sea parte de nuestra celebración comunitaria y honremos juntos a nuestros antepasados.

Please make checks payable to Disney PTA
Payment must be received by Tuesday, October 18 (PayPal @WaltDisneyPTA, Cash or Check)
Please return this form and your payment to your child’s teacher
After your payment is received, we will assign a designated space
Set up is Saturday, October 22nd from 11:00 – 5:00 pm
Please remember no open-flamed candles, weapons or glass
All ofrendas can be up to 2’ (24") in depth
Please be sure pick up your ofrendas at the end of the event (8:30 – 9:30p) or contact Nicole to make other arrangements

We will also be accepting reservations during our Dia de Los Muertos ‘Art of Ofrendas’ workshop on Tuesday, October 18th at the lunch shelter at Disney Elementary. Join us for this FREE hands-on arts & crafts family workshop led by Artist Dalia Paola Mendez to prepare offerings to honor our departed loved ones for the Dia de Los Muertos Disney community or family ofrendas.
