Additional considerations should be the time of the review cycle, cost of publication, journal quality, etc. If you plan to request funding from WCUCOM to pay publication costs, you must request this BEFORE submission. The emailed request must have a reasonable justification for publishing in that particular journal and it must be copied to the senior author/preceptor to verify that they are in agreement about the targeted journal.
