In the “Areas of Future Focus” section, identify 1–3 specific skills, strategies, or areas for improvement. Your feedback should be clear, constructive, and actionable, offering concrete suggestions the intern can implement to enhance their teaching practice. Thoughtful feedback helps the intern reflect, make informed adjustments, and grow professionally.
Example: “Focus on using open-ended questions to engage more students in discussions.”

Save the file using this naming format:

Complete the template with your observations and feedback.
