Make sure you're logged into the Google Chrome browser with your WCS Google account.

Make sure you have a strong internet connection.

• Move closer to your router and close any other open tabs or applications on your computer.

If the Youtube video is blocked, check your internet settings.

• If you have GoGuardian, Covenant Eyes, or another internet accountability/protection service installed, you may have to disable or adjust the settings to allow your student to see the live Chapel stream.
