Computer science is the field of the FUTURE but the amount of girls going towards a career in CS is low. The Bureau of Labor Statistics predicts that computer science research jobs will grow 19% by 2026. However, women only earn 18% of computer science bachelor’s degrees in the US.

With the number of women studying computer science near an all-time low, it is crucial now to broaden the participation of girls in computing and bridge the tech gender gap.
