There are no fee's to take the exams, however, the FCC will soon be charging a license fee.

This is how/where you will obtain an FRN.

You will need to first "Register", middle box.
Username will be your e-mail address - - create a password 12-15 characters....
(Save this info! You will need it again)
After your account is created, you can login and;
1. associate your FRN to this account (you probably won't use this option)
2. Register new FRN <======= Select this item to obtain your FRN# Print page to save!
3. Review Red/Green Light status.
