So this is how/where you will obtain an FRN & make payments for License fee's.

You will need to first "Register", middle box.
Username will be your e-mail address - - create a password 12-15 characters....

After your account is created, you can login and;
1. associate your FRN to this account
2. Register new FRN
3. Review Red/Green Light status. (I think this is where you will make payment for license fee's) Remember, you are dealing with a U.S. Government system! Things will change!
