While you are looking at this screen (or the home screen), click on the share icon shown. (If you don't see it, tap on the screen)
On popup menu, scroll down to "Add to Home Screen".
Click "Add" in the top-right of the screen that pops up.
You'll have a new shortcut (looks like an app) on your home screen.

Click on "Add to Home Screen".
Follow directions (Click "Add" or touch, hold, and then drag to location you want.)
You'll have a new shortcut on your screen. It will probably have the same image as the one on this site.
