WBS Championing Actions to Rid Jamaica of POPs

The Wolmer's Boys School student team of youngsters are actively championing actions to rid Jamaica of Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs). POPs linger whenever they are released, causing significant harm to health and the environment. The team were advocating for continuous removal of POPs at the "Youth Can Stop the POPs" Digital Youth Forum held earlier the year hosted by UNDP and the Climate Change Division in the Ministry of Economics Growth and Job Creation.
