WBL, Umbrella Networking Solutions | Where Collaborations Meet Life Choices is a nonprofit organization based in the heart of the Chicagoland South Side, dedicated to empowering individuals who are navigating challenging life transitions. Our mission is to provide a centralized resource hub that brings together housing assistance, essential resources, education, job training, and personal development programs under one roof, making it easier for individuals to rebuild their lives and regain independence.

Our organization serves individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including:

• Substance abuse and addiction recovery

• Mental and emotional health struggles

• Experiences of abuse, abandonment, and neglect

• Homelessness and housing insecurity

• Comprehensive Resources: Assistance with housing, food stamps, medical cards, IDs, and Social Security cards.

• A Ticket/Token Program: Access to beautifully designed communal pantries and closets that replicate the feel of grocery and department stores.

• Trade and Education Opportunities: Hands-on training programs, skill-building classes, and mentorship to help participants achieve self-sufficiency.

• Community Mailboxes: A way for individuals without stable housing to establish an address and reconnect with society.

• Mental Health Support: Counseling and workshops tailored to emotional and psychological recovery.

• Housing Hub Program: Participants in our trade programs help build micro-housing units, learning valuable skills while contributing to the community.
