Privacy Policy for GLOW SPACE

This Privacy Policy explains how GLOW SPACE ("the App," "we," "us," or "our"), developed by White Breeze, handles information when you use the App on iPhone.
By using GLOW SPACE, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
GLOW SPACE does not require account registration or login. We do not directly request or collect your name, email address, phone number, address, payment card information, contacts, or precise location through the App.
The App stores the following information locally on your device:
• Selected language
• Your domes, backgrounds, floors, and placed shapes
• Collected stars, shapes, and items in your storage and Collection
• Temporary unlock timers and reward progress
• Records of in-app purchases you own (product identifiers and transaction identifiers)
• Music, sound, notification, and other settings
This information is not uploaded to our servers. We do not operate servers that store your game data. It is removed when you delete the App, and it may be included in your device's own backup (such as iCloud Backup) according to your iPhone settings.
2. In-App Purchases
GLOW SPACE offers optional in-app purchases through Apple. All purchases are processed by Apple using your Apple Account. We do not receive or store your payment card details, billing address, or Apple Account password.
To unlock purchased content, the App receives purchase information from Apple, such as the product identifier and transaction identifier, and stores it locally on your device. Apple processes purchase information according to its own privacy policy:

3. Advertising and Third-Party Data Collection
GLOW SPACE uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements and rewarded video advertisements. Rewarded video advertisements are shown only when you choose to watch one.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or process information such as:
• IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate location
• Device identifiers, including the advertising identifier (IDFA) if you allow tracking, and app-specific identifiers
• Advertising data, such as ads viewed or interacted with
• Product interaction data, such as app launches, taps, and ad interactions
• Crash logs
• Performance and diagnostic data
This information may be used to:
• Display and deliver advertisements
• Measure advertising performance
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Diagnose crashes and technical issues in advertising services
• Improve advertising services

4. App Tracking Transparency
GLOW SPACE does not ask for tracking permission when the App first opens. The App may ask for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework when you first choose to watch an advertisement.
You may allow or deny this request. Denying permission does not limit any feature of the App. Unless you allow tracking, the advertising identifier is not accessed and advertisements are shown as non-personalized ads.

5. Photos
GLOW SPACE lets you take a picture of your decorated dome. The App creates the image on your device and opens the iOS share sheet so you can choose what to do with it, such as saving it or sending it.
If you choose to save the image to your photo library, iOS may ask for permission to add photos. This permission only allows the App to add images. GLOW SPACE does not read, access, or upload the photos in your photo library. The images you create are not sent to us.
6. Notifications
If you turn on notifications, GLOW SPACE schedules local notifications on your device, for example when your stars are full or shortly before a temporary item ends. These notifications are created on your device. The App does not use push notification tokens and does not send notification data to us.
You can turn notifications on or off in the App's Settings or in:

7. App Updates
GLOW SPACE may check for and download app content updates through Expo's update service (EAS Update). When the App checks for an update, basic technical information such as the app version, runtime version, and platform may be sent to Expo so the correct update can be delivered. 8. How We Use Information
Information processed through the App or its service providers may be used to:
• Operate and maintain the App
• Save your domes, collection, and settings locally
• Unlock and restore purchased content
• Display advertisements and deliver ad rewards
• Deliver app updates
• Detect fraud and abuse
• Improve the reliability and functionality of the App
We do not sell personal information.
9. Sharing of Information
We do not directly share personal information with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy, or when reasonably necessary to:
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or government requests
• Protect the rights, property, safety, or security of users, the App, or others
• Investigate fraud, misuse, or technical problems
Apple, Google, and Expo process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
10. Data Retention
Local game data remains on your device until you delete the App or the data is removed through your device settings.
Information processed by Apple, Google, or Expo is retained according to their own retention policies. We do not control their independent retention periods.
11. Children's Privacy
GLOW SPACE is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. International Data Processing
Apple, Google, Expo, and their service providers may process information on servers located outside your country or region. Such processing is governed by their privacy practices and applicable data protection requirements.
13. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing.
Because GLOW SPACE does not require an account and stores game data only on your device, we cannot identify, retrieve, or recover data associated with a specific user.
You may:
• Delete locally stored information by deleting the App
• Change tracking permission in your device settings
• Turn notifications on or off
• Manage Google advertising preferences through My Ad Center
• Contact us with a privacy-related request
14. External Links and Advertisements
Advertisements displayed in GLOW SPACE may link to third-party apps, websites, or services. We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of those third parties. Please review their privacy policies before providing any information.
15. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information associated with the App. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App's features, advertising practices, legal requirements, or third-party services change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after an update means that the revised Privacy Policy applies.
