The School management reserves the right of admission or resigning the charge of any child who is deemed unfit / unsatisfactory.
The School opens for admission For Classes 1 to 12 in the first week of April every year though registration for admission starts in the month of January. Registration cum admission forms are available online as well as in the office.
No child will be admitted to the School, without a school leaving certificate. However for class I, attested photocopy of the birth certificate issued by the Sub Registrar or Registrar appended under registration of Birth and Death Act 1969 of the area is to be attached with the admission form along with three passport size photographs without which, admission will not be considered. Registration does not mean guarantee of admission. Admission is granted only after clearing an entrance test and there after a personal interview with the child.
Children will be eligible for admission in class I only after having attained the age of five plus / Six years.
If a child is found fit for admission, the school makes a provisional offer of admission which should be accepted within two days.
All the selections and admission are done based on the entrance examination and the information given in the applicant's data. If at any time this information is found to be incorrect, the admission of the student will be treated as cancelled.
The parents/guardians must deposit the admission form, required fee and previous school leaving certificate or municipal date of birth certificate along with three photographs of the candidate at the time of admission of the child. Admission is only confirmed after fulfilling all the above conditions.
If a parent/guardian decides not to send his ward to the school after the fee has been deposited, the above mentioned amount is not refundable.
Delinquent children or problematic students who do not improve after two or three warnings are discharged from school and no readmission is accorded in such cases.
The school leaving certificate of the previous attended school will be accepted only when it is countersigned by Chief Education Officer of the district concerned.
A certified copy of the marks obtained in the last examination should accompany the documents.
Following provisions are available to the students:
Students can seek provisional admission to class XI soon after the class X examination and attend the classes of various subjects so that they can choose the right subjects provided they secure required percentage of marks in such subjects.
Streams offered - The student must apply for Admission only on the prescribed Forms.
The Registration form is to be duly filled & submitted to the School office against proper receipt within the stipulated period of time.
Registration in itself does not guarantee admission.
Selection of candidates shall be strictly on merit.
The list of the selected students shall be notified on the School Notice Board on the Pre-¬Notified date.
Every Admission form should have the following documents attached to it:
(i) Character Certificate from the School last attended.
(ii) Marks Certificate of the last exams appeared for as issued by the school / concerned Board.
(iii) School leaving Certificate from the school last attended duly counter signed by the competent authority.
(iv) Provisional Pass Certificate of the school last attended.
(v) Registration No. of the concerned Board with Proof.
(vi) Eligibility Certificate (for those from CBSE or any Board other than JKBOSE)

The School fees will have to be paid in full at the time of admission of the student, failing which the vacant seat shall be allotted to the next student in the waiting-list.
The fee charged is subject to revision from time to time, for the reasons like increase in teacher's salaries, maintenance,government regulation, etc. Likewise all other charges like Annual charges will also be revised from time to time.
