Team Regulations

Teams must consist of minimum 8 skaters maximum 12. However, the one exception to this rule is if you are at 12 skaters you can pick up one person off the LFT list to make your roster 13 skaters. Goalies do not count as a person on your 8 - 12 person roster. If you are not able to field a team for a game at any point you will forfeit that game or play with those that showed up. You are not allowed to sub skaters for your games, only the skaters listed on your roster can play for your team. The only exception is that goalies can be subbed off of a sub list if your goalie is unable to make a game.
