Accommodations
The Lodge is the central meeting place measuring 60 ft x 35 ft. It has a covered open-air pavilion, fireplace, deck, large floor area, kitchen and a bunk suite on the 2nd level.
On the ground level of the Lodge is the Kitchen measuring 35 ft x 20 ft. The room is equipped with 3 large refrigerators / freezers, 1 half-height freezer, 2 ovens w/ range, a microwave oven and stainless steel sink / wash basin. Adjoining the kitchen is a bathroom with sink, shower and commode.
On the upper level of the Lodge is the Bunk Suite measuring 35 ft x 20 ft. It has 6 bunk beds to accommodate 12 persons, a vaulted ceiling, heating and A/C, view of the lake, and bathroom with vanity, shower and commode.
The Bath House, measuring 26 ft x 17 ft. is gender divided with both sides identically equipped with 2 large showers, 3 commodes and a vanity. On the east exterior wall are 3 outside swim-rinse showers. Entrance door signs are changeable to accommodate single gender events, i.e., all male or all female.
20 tent pads constructed of treated lumber and suspended off the ground are dispersed in 3 areas on the property. Each pad measures 10 ft x 10 ft to accommodate a tent and 2 campers. Ground space around the pads are available for additional tents.
After unloading your campers and equipment to their designated camp area, return to this location near the property entrance to park your vehicle.
Capacity
52 campers is considered full capacity, i.e., the bunk suite (12) and tent pads (40). However, if open ground areas are agreeable to you for added tents and/or tent-less campers, the capacity is limited by kitchen and restroom facilities.

2. DRINKING WATER - Bring your own supply of drinking water as the well water is less preferred.
3. LIFEGUARDS - Lifeguards are not available. A limited number of life vests are available on request.
4. TENT PADS - are 10 ft x 10 ft at 20 locations. #1-18 share a fire pit (2 tent pads per 1 cooking fire pit), #19-22 have their own fire pit. Electricity is not available at campsites.
5. COOKING FIRE PITS - are 24 inches in diameter equipped with a wire grid-top. Bringing your own charcoal is advised. There is one large fire pit for mass tin foil dinner or Dutch-Oven cooking. Each campsite must have a 5 gallon bucket of water (Legacy provided) in case of fire.
6. LEGACY WILL PROVIDE - Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, cleaning supplies and 5 gallon water buckets for campsite fire pits. Any other item you anticipate needing in the kitchen or otherwise must be self-supplied. Plan well.
7. TRASH - Trash bags are stored in the first floor Lodge closet. When full, tie and place at curbside. Periodic trash runs will be made by the Legacy Host. Any trash produced after the final trash run will be your responsibility to take with you.
8. SEPTIC SYSTEM - Toilet paper only! Do not throw feminine products, baby wipes, paper towels, or even excessive amounts of toilet paper down toilets as a clogged septic system will result. This will be an important inspection point prior to your departure. If it becomes necessary for Legacy to call a service, you will be billed. Thank you.
9. BATHROOMS & SHOWERS - must be checked and cleaned daily by assigned campers (which you assign).
10. MESS KITS - Mess kits (plate, bowl, cup & silverware) are advised to reduce paper goods and trash levels.
11. RV HOOK-UPS - There is one (1) electrical-only hookup which is a 30-amp 3-prong plug available at $10 per day. There are no sewer, water, or dump station hookups available.
12. GENERATORS - are not permitted unless for a medical necessity. See Legacy Host.
13. PRIVATE HOMES - All homes on the premises are off limits. Thank you.
14. PERSONAL ITEMS LEFT - Remember to take all personal items with you. Abandoned items will be disposed of.
15. LODGE LIGHTING - The switch that turns on lighting for the Lodge pavilion is on the outside of the electrical breaker box at the southeast corner of the Lodge exterior, directly across the driveway from the bath house. Lights should be used only when needed and not remain on during daylight hours.
16. DO NOT - build fires or construct fire pits in any location other than those designated at each campsite (review item #5) There are two (2) locations where a group bon fire can be enjoyed if you first notify the Legacy Host. Constructing water dams to create swimming holes anywhere on the property is prohibited.
17. FINAL INSPECTION - The Legacy Host will inspect all facilities and grounds before your departure. Any additional cost or required maintenance on our part will result in an additional invoice.
18. CHECK IN & OUT TIMES - As a general rule Check-In time is 11:00 am on your first day. Check-Out time is 1:00 pm on your last day. Contact us in advance if adjustments are necessary.
