My Fee Structure

K-8 evaluations - $30
High school evaluations - $45
Senior Year evaluations - $60

Multi-student discount: The first student evaluation per year is full price. Additional children in the same family will receive $5 off their evaluation fee. (To be eligible, students must be children in the same family, and evaluations must take place on the same day with back-to-back appointments.)

I accept cash, personal checks, and electronic payments (Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal) at in-person evaluations. Virtual appointments must be prepaid before the the start of the appointment. I will send a money request 1 day prior to the appointment from either Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal (your choice).

Scheduling

I offer in-person evaluations in Willow Street, PA (Just south of Lancaster City). I also have some limited availability for in-person appointments in Westtown, PA (Chester County). Virtual evaluations are available to students statewide.

Please schedule one appointment per student in grades K-8. Please schedule 2 back-to-back appointments for each high school student. After you schedule, I will send a confirmation email with more details.

If this is your first time having me evaluate for you, please fill out this brief contact form. This is so I have reliable contact information and can prepare your student evaluation letter(s) before our appointment.
