Called the nectar of the gods, all our honey is raw honey collected from local hives and is available in various forms.  It is the perfect natural sweetener for everyday use, in cooking, baking, and as a remedy for coughs and sore throats.

Single Source Honey | Sold out

Small batch raw filtered Honey harvested from a single Apiary on single day.  Each batch has a unique flavor and color that is specific to each Apiary's location, the time of year it was harvested and the conditions of the season the bees produced.  This makes each batch of Single Source Honey unique.

100% Local Raw Honey | Sold out

Our 100% Local Raw Honey is a blend of honey harvested from local Apiaries during the season. It i minimally proceed, only being strained and packaged.

Comb Honey | Sold out

Comb honey is completely unprocessed and is honey in its natural state, as it occurs inside the beehive. A piece of honeycomb is harvested directly from the beehive making it the purest honey.  Other than being cut and packaged, Comb Honey is completely untouched, unfiltered and not processed in any way.

Chunk Honey | Sold out

Chunk honey is ideal for those who enjoy raw honey enhanced with a chunk of naturally drawn comb. Our chunk honey is made with our 100% Local Raw Honey combined with a generous piece of comb honey. Both the honey and comb are harvested from local Apiaries during the season and are minimally processed, being only strained and packaged.

Spun Honey | Sold out

Unlike traditional liquid honey, spun honey has a thick and creamy consistency with a smooth, velvety texture.  Our spun honey is made from our natural 100% Local Raw Honey that has been whipped or creamed to create its unique texture and appearance.

Natural Beeswax | Currently Unavailable

Natural Beeswax is secreted by worker bees to build honeycombs and can be used in candles, cosmetics, polishes, and as a food coating.  Our beeswax is made from beeswax collected from our local hives.  The wax is raw beeswax, minimally processed with no additives, only being melted and strained before being packaged for sale.

Pollen | Currently Unavailable

A mixture of local flower and tree pollen collected by bees, pollen can be used as a dietary supplement believed to have various health benefits. Our pollen is raw pollen, seasonally collected from our local hives and is minimally processed with no additives, only being sifted before being packaged for sale.

Propolis | Currently Unavailable

Propolis is the resinous mixture that bees collect from tree buds that they use to seal their hives and has been used in traditional medicine for its potential antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Our propolis is raw propolis collected from our local hives and is minimally processed, with no additives, only being sifted before being packaged for sale.

We began breeding our own bees because we were unsatisfied with the bees that we could purchase.  We wanted more control over the quality of the bees in our colonies and wanted locally bred bees that are better adapted to local conditions. We now believe that locally bred bees are more sustainable and sensible than shipping bees across the country. This belief is now a core value for our apiary. 

Our focus is on breeding a small number of high quality bees for our own use.  We therefore dedicate a significant amount of time and resources on each individual queen and colony. Since we now produce more queens and bees than we need, we can make our surplus bees available for sale.  We sell queens, nucs, packages and queen-right hives.
