HHO/HCL System Explanation

 Here is a flow diagram showing the changes in the engines cycle and and the sequence of processes involved in making a perpetual HHO or HCL powered engine below. The 3000 revs is achieved by using 4 liters of HHO per minute in a 1 liter engine that displaces 2 liters per rev and requires 6 watts of continuous input from the generator being 2 watt-hours which is over unity. unity is achieved at 2.15 watt-hours with 1 amp for 1 hour makes 6 liters of HHO
