ISOC COMMUNITY FELLOWSHIP 2025
I have been nominated for the inaugural Internet Society (ISOC) Community Fellowship 2025!
Over the next six months, I will engage in a dynamic program combining virtual training, an in-person event, and project-based advocacy work. The fellowship will help me further build skills in Internet advocacy, policy influence, cybersecurity, community engagement, and digital rights.
I’m excited to use this platform to deepen my impact, contribute to an open, affordable, and secure Internet, and advocate for greater online safety and accessibility for all.

Presented the accepted paper virtually titled “DTMSim-IoT: A Distributed Trust Management Simulator for IoT Networks” in this conference held at the University of Calgary, Canada.
2nd International Conference on Research in Engineering, Science & Technology—(February 27, 2016)
Presented a paper titled “Implementation Guidelines for Developing Secure WebRTC Applications” at the aforesaid conference that was held at Atlantis, The Palm, Dubai.
AWARDS & HONORS
2nd OIC – CERT (Cyber Emergency Response Team) Cyber Drill—(September 17, 2019)
A cyber drill was held in Islamabad under the arrangements of the Pakistan Information Security Association (PISA). The National Cyber Security Auditing & Evaluation Lab (NCSAEL) team participated among other teams. Pakistan was declared first among 16 countries, and team NUST-NCSAEL stood first among all Pakistani participants.
NUST Indigenous Scholarship Under ICT Endowment Fund—(2016–2017)
Successfully qualified for the NUST merit scholarship for master's students by securing a 3.50 GPA in the 1st, the 2nd, and the 3rd semesters, respectively.
HIVE—Global Community for Purpose-Driven Entrepreneurs (CA, USA)—(February 2016)
Hive selects the people who are working for the greater good in the world. I was selected from Pakistan among 130 CEOs, leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators from 33 countries around the globe.
Team of the Month (MTBC) – (February 2014)
Led the Android Team, and for outperforming by successfully launching multiple healthcare apps under strict timelines, our team was selected as TOM for the month of February in 2014.
