ART PARENT RESPONSIBILITIES
∙ Confirm with classroom teacher scheduled lesson date
∙ Contact Art Coordinator with any project questions
∙ Liaise with other Art Volunteers in classroom with assistance needs
∙ Prepare any supplies and materials needed for the project
∙ Show up at scheduled time
∙ Arrange for your own replacement if you cannot make the scheduled time and/or communicate well in advance to teacher and Art Coordinator
∙ Work with students to develop an idea for an Art Auction piece
∙ Ensure that at least 90% of the work that goes into the Art Auction piece is done by the students (they will need help with any frame, mounting, display needs or working with materials that are hazardous).
∙ Display student artwork for Family Art Night

PTA REIMBURSEMENT FORM
Any out of pocket expenses for art supplies may be reimbursed by the PTA. Please have receipts and forms submitted to the School Office by the end of each month.
