Team Motion Offense & Team Help Defense


On Your Own:

  • Watch the videos in the playlist below to understand the basics of Shooting Space & Modified Checking (must be below the shoulders)
  • Continue to Throw and Catch for 20-30 minutes. (right-hand & left-hand).
    • Try to work on catching right-handed, switching hands, then throwing left-handed.
  • Throw the ball above your head to about a height of 10 feet. As the ball comes down, try to reach high to catch and cradle the ball with your stick as close to vertical (straight up-and-down) as possible.
    • Repeat 20+ times.
