Throwing & Catching and Ground Balls Continued..... Dodging and Shooting


On Your Own:

  • Watch the videos in the playlist below.
  • Continue to Throw and Catch at a greater distance for 20-30 minutes. (right-hand & left-hand).
  • Pickup 20 Ground balls.
    • Remember to get body and stick low to the ground. And step/run through the process.
  • Clock Stick Holding exercise to strengthen wrists and grip.
    • Hold the stick as seen below in your right hand at position 12, 9 & 3 o'clock. Grasp the stick as far towards the end of the shaft as possible. Hold for 10 seconds at each position. Repeat 5 times at each clock position.
    • Repeat with left hand.
  • Brush you teeth all week with your left hand.
