Our lifeguard team is comprised of hard working and dedicated youth who value their role within the community. Read below to get to know the team leaders and management at the pool.
Jenn Bradshaw joined the City of Warsaw staff in the summer of 2019. Jenn fills many roles for the city, from web specialist to the utility office. This summer, Jenn will also supervise the pool staff.
Jenn spends most of her free time outside. She is an avid mountain biker, and often takes other community members out to the trails to show them around and immerse them in nature.
While Jenn works primarily in the city office, she will be around the pool often, checking in with both staff and patrons. Although this is something Jenn has never done before, she is excited to take on a new challenge. Jenn, Taylor & Dustin all share the same vision for the Warsaw Municipal Pool.

Taylor Bunch graduated from Warsaw High School in 2019 and is now a sophomore at the University of Missouri studying Journalism and Pre-Law. In her free time, Taylor likes to spend time outdoors, biking and walking the trails in the Warsaw area with dogs. Her favorite part about Warsaw is how much the city values nature and the great outdoors.
Going into her fourth summer at the pool, Taylor comes back each season because she loves to be a part of the Warsaw community and looks forward to providing for them. "My favorite part about the pool is getting to see our 'regular' patrons every day of the season. We get to form relationships with our guests and watch some of the youth in the community grow up. I think it is really important to be able to provide them a fun place they can always count on going when school isn't in session," she said.
This is Taylor's first year officially managing the facility, although she has been a head lifeguard the last two years, and began working at the facility as a lifeguard in 2017. Taylor is excited to fill her new role at the pool and is confident in the teams skills to create a fun and safe environment for the summer.

Dustin Roark graduated from Lincoln High School in 2019, and is currently attending Missouri Valley College, where he plays football. He is pursuing a degree in Secondary Education, with an emphasis in History.
In his free time, Dustin enjoys spending his time outdoors, mostly fishing or exploring the lake. "I like how the town comes alive in the summers and how the community is so close to each other," Dustin said.
Dustin is going into his sixth year of lifeguarding, with one year of indoor waterpark experience. His favorite thing about lifeguarding is being able to help the patrons and seeing the joy on their faces as they enjoy the facility with friends and family.
This season, Dustin is excited to make improvements to the pool. "I want the pool to become a main attraction for people visiting town during the summer. Most importantly, I want the pool to have its most successful summer yet with its great guard staff and dedicated management."
