Greater San Antonio Chamber Choir

Warren Choir has been invited to bring a quartet of student singers to sing at the San Antonio Chamber Choir’s May Concerts. We are looking to bring 1 soprano, 1 alto, 1 tenor, and 1 bass to sing on the world premier of a piece by composer Kyle Pederson. In order to create a fair selection process, we ask that the students prepare the song on their own and be prepared to sing a cut from the piece for the directors to determine preparedness. 

Auditions will take place on April 11th

Please review all 3 of these dates before filling out an interest form and preparing the music. You must be available for the dress rehearsal and both concert dates. 

Thursday May 2, 2024, 7 PM- 8PM: Dress Rehearsal Location TBA

Saturday May 4, 2024, 7:30 PM Concert at Laurel Heights United Methodist Church 

• 6:30 PM Call time for all performers

Sunday May 5, 2024, 3:00 PM Concert at The Basilica of the National Shrine of the Little Flower 

• 2:00 PM Call time for all performers

• Address: 824 Kentucky Ave

If you are interested, please complete the google form at the bottom of the page and pick up a copy of the sheet music from the choir room. 

If you are selected to sing in this quartet, you will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the rehearsal and each performance. Warren Choir will not be organizing transportation for this event. Concert dress will be all black. Singers will need to have a black concert folder for their music.
