Dolly, a lifelong New Jersey native, has spent over 36 years serving the federal government as a Security Specialist. But beyond her career, her true calling is helping those who need it most—the homeless and less fortunate in her community and wherever she sees a need arise. Living by the motto, “See a need, fill a need,” Dolly has been a dedicated volunteer with the WARM program since 2011. Dolly’s passion is infectious, sparking a call to action among fellow volunteers and inspiring those with the means to contribute resources and support. Dolly’s commitment resonates deeply, driving efforts to bring hope, tools, and lasting change to the lives of underserved individuals. She is a shining example of compassion in action—always ready to step up and make a difference where it counts most.
