Established in 2009, Wrapping Arms 'Round Many (WARM) has partnered with houses of worship and their congregations, St. Mary's County (Maryland) residents, and county agencies to provide safe overnight shelter and meals to unhoused adults during the coldest months of the year.
WARM relies on the service of many volunteers to achieve its mission and is supported by several agencies, including the St. Mary's County Department of Social Services, Health Department, Sheriff's Office, Department of Public Works and Transportation, Department of Aging and Human Services, Three Oaks Center, MedStar St. Mary's Hospital, and other organizations and local businesses.
