My field research uses randomized evaluations and original firm, household and institutional data to study labour markets, firms, gender and economic inclusion. These projects are developed with academic collaborators and implementation partners and supported by competitive international research funding.

Design: Large-scale randomized field experiment combining interventions directed at 200 medium and large garment factories and 4,000 households in Pakistan.
