The Wapiti Valley Ski Club is Saskatchewan’s Most Northern Alpine ski club. We are a volunteer-run, not-for-profit sport organization, with the goal of growing the sport of alpine skiing by teaching young athletes the technical skills to become both competent skiers and competitive racers.
The club trains primarily on weekends at either Wapiti Valley Ski Hill. More information about Training can be found on our training page. Club members also have the opportunity to race at other ski areas in Saskatchewan and to participate in a club mountain training trip during the ski season. Older athletes have the potential to race inter-provincially as well.
The ski season will typically start in late November (for alpine race team athletes attending the All-Sask Mountain Camp) or mid-December, aligning with the opening of Wapiti Valley ski hills respectively.
