わおん Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to わおん (WaoN) — Music Transcriber for iPhone, iPad, and Mac, and to the support form on this website.

2. Data handled by the app

The developer of わおん does not collect personal data through the app. The app has no account registration, advertising, third-party analytics, tracking, telemetry, or developer-operated server. Audio analysis is performed on the device.

3. Audio files and microphone recordings

Audio files selected by the user and audio recorded in the app are processed on the device. They are not uploaded to the developer. Imported files remain at the location selected by the user. Completed in-app recordings are stored in the app’s private storage. If a recording is cancelled, its incomplete file is deleted.

4. In-app purchases

わおん Full Unlock purchases are processed by Apple using StoreKit. Apple processes payment information; the developer does not receive credit-card numbers or similar payment details. The app checks only product information and entitlement status supplied by Apple.

5. Exporting and sharing

MIDI, MusicXML, and other exported data are sent only to a destination or sharing service selected by the user. They are not sent to the developer. A third-party service’s own policy applies after the user chooses to share data with it.

6. On-device retention and deletion

In-app recordings remain in the app’s private storage on the device and are removed with that storage when the app is deleted. Exported files remain wherever the user saved them and should be deleted there by the user when no longer needed.

7. Support form

If you contact support, the form collects only information you choose to enter: your email address, inquiry type, subject, app version, device and operating-system version, and message. File uploads are not accepted. Responses are stored in Google Forms and the associated Google account. They are used only to answer requests, troubleshoot problems, and improve the product.

Support responses are deleted within 12 months after the inquiry is resolved, unless longer retention is required for legal or security reasons. You may request deletion through the same support form. Do not submit passwords, payment information, confidential material, or audio recordings.

8. Website hosting

This website is hosted with Google Sites and the support form is provided by Google Forms. Google may process technical information related to visits under Google’s own privacy policy.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, this page and its effective date will be updated.

1. 適用範囲

本ポリシーは、iPhone、iPad、Mac向けアプリ「わおん — Music Transcriber」と、このウェブサイトのサポートフォームに適用されます。

2. アプリが取り扱うデータ

「わおん」の開発者は、アプリを通じて個人データを収集しません。アカウント登録、広告、第三者解析サービス、トラッキング、テレメトリー、開発者が運用するサーバーはありません。音声解析は端末上で行われます。

3. 音声ファイルとマイク録音

ユーザーが選択した音声ファイルとアプリ内で録音した音声は端末上で処理され、開発者へ送信されません。読み込んだファイルはユーザーが選択した場所に残ります。完了した録音はアプリ専用の保存領域に保存されます。録音をキャンセルした場合、その途中ファイルは削除されます。

4. アプリ内購入

「わおん Full Unlock」の購入処理にはAppleのStoreKitを使用します。支払い情報はAppleが処理し、開発者がクレジットカード番号などを受け取ることはありません。アプリは、Appleから提供される商品情報と購入権利の状態のみを確認します。

5. 書き出しと共有

MIDI、MusicXMLその他の書き出しデータは、ユーザーが選択した保存先または共有先にのみ送られ、開発者へは送信されません。共有後は、選択した第三者サービスのポリシーが適用されます。

6. 端末上での保存と削除

アプリ内録音は端末上のアプリ専用領域に保存され、アプリを削除するとその領域とともに削除されます。書き出したファイルはユーザーが保存した場所に残るため、不要になった場合はユーザー自身で削除してください。

7. サポートフォーム

サポートへ連絡する場合、フォームはユーザーが入力したメールアドレス、お問い合わせ種別、件名、アプリのバージョン、端末とOSのバージョン、メッセージのみを収集します。ファイル添付は受け付けません。回答はGoogle Formsと関連するGoogleアカウントに保存され、お問い合わせへの回答、問題解決、製品改善のためにのみ使用します。

フォームの回答は、お問い合わせ解決後12か月以内に削除します。ただし、法令またはセキュリティ上、より長い保管が必要な場合を除きます。削除依頼は同じフォームから送信できます。パスワード、支払い情報、機密情報、音声ファイルは送信しないでください。

8. ウェブサイトのホスティング

本サイトはGoogle Sitesでホストされ、サポートフォームにはGoogle Formsを使用しています。閲覧に伴う技術情報は、Googleのプライバシーポリシーに基づいてGoogleが処理する場合があります。

9. ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーを変更する場合、このページの内容と施行日を更新します。
